Customer Care Representatives focus on building strong relationships through amazing experiences for customers. Successful CCRs demonstrate a genuine interest in how Dring’s services can help meet customers’ HVAC needs. Customer Care Representatives present options to customers to make their experience seamless and convenient. The goal is to change someone’s day for the better no matter how small the interaction.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Dispatch Coordinators’ focus on efficiently and effectively managing our service call schedule and serve as the liaison between technicians’ and customer’. Successful Dispatch Coordinators’ demonstrate the ability to dispatch technicians effectively based on varying factors such as technician experience, service opportunity, and geographical location. Dispatch Coordinators’ serve as extension to the service manager to help create a seamless experience in ensuring the right technician is in front of the right service opportunity.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Serving as the first in person interaction with our customers, the Service Technician’s focus is to provide the customer an exceptional experience while providing service in the customers home. The Service Technician will primarily perform service calls or maintenance calls and will be required to offer tailored options for the customer’s needs while being a champion of our values of honesty and integrity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Service, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems of varying age and complexity
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment by component and manufacturer
  • Provide and document customers with appropriate options based on findings
  • Work with other personnel within the organization to ensure a great customer experience is being provided
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • Must be able to prove track record of working experience in HVAC Service Industry
  • Must demonstrate commitment to company values
  • Must build positive working relationships with both employees and customers
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience preferred
  • All necessary HVAC licensing
